Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar Fiqh Melalui Metode Everyone Is A Teacher Here Pada Siswa Kelas VIIIB MTs Baliara

Abstract

This research is aimed at improving students’ achievement in Fiqh learning through the use of Everyone Is a Teacher Here method. This research attempted to answer the main research question: can Everyone Is a Teacher Here method improve students achievement in the learning of Fiqh?

This research applied a classroom action research method. There were some instruments used in this research such as: observation and written test for pre-test and post-test. The data were collected using observation and test and then analyzed using a t-test analysis and the mean score of the pre-test and the post-test.

The result revealed that Everyone Is a Teacher Here method can improve students achievement in Fiqh learning. It is shown from the result of the classroom action research that was applied in three cycles. In cycle I, the mean score of pre-test is 25.56 while the mean score of post-test is 67.22.. In cycle II, the mean score of pre-test is 47.78, while the mean score of post-test is 82.78..In cycle III, the mean score of pre-test is 62.78, while the mean score of post-test is 88.89. So, it is obtained that the difference of mean score between the pre-test and the post-test is 26.11.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran Fiqh dengan menggunakan metode everyone is a teacher here. Pertanyaan yang ingin dijawab melalui penelitian ini adalah apakah metode everyone is a teacher here dapat meningkatkan prestasi hasil belajar Fiqh?

Pada penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi baik untuk guru maupun siswa, tes tertulis dengan pre test dan post test. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan tes, adapun analisis datanya dengan menggunakan rumus t-test dan kenaikan rata-rata pre test dan post test.

Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prestasi siswa dalam belajar Fiqh dengan menggunakan metode everyone is a teacher here dapat meningkat. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan pada tiga tingkatan. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata pre test yaitu 25,56 sedangkan nilai rata-rata post test yaitu 67,22. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata pre test yaitu 47,78, sedangkan nilai rata-rata post test yaitu 82,78. Pada siklus III nilai rata-rata pre test yaitu 62,78, sedangkan nilai rata-rata post test yaitu 88,89, jadi hasil nilai rata-rata antara pre test dan post test mengalami peningkatan nilai sebesar 26,11.
