STRATEGI MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA

Abstract


Artikel ini membahas tentang strategi yang ditempuh dalam rangka melakukan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi. Data yang bersumber dari buku referensi dan kajian-kajian ilmiah terkait pokok masalah yang dikaji. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan antara manajemen dan karyawan adalah dasar untuk mendorong kepercayaan individu karena orang lebih cenderung mempercayai manajemen jika tindakannya adil, setara, konsisten dan transparan, dan menepati janjinya. Mengembangkan iklim kepercayaan dalam organisasi merupakan modal sosial dalam arti  menempatkan orang pada posisi dimana mereka harus bekerja sama, dan mendorong interaksi dan jaringan sehingga individu mengenali nilai berbagi pengetahuan karena itu membantu mencapai tujuan bersama dan diterima. Proses ini dibantu dengan aktivitas pembangunan tim. Kepercayaan juga dapat ditingkatkan dengan pengetahuan dipertukarkan dalam forum, konferensi, dan lain-lain.
