PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN

Abstract


Salah satu faktor yang mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai adalah komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemuan bahwa pengaruh komitmen terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada tenaga kependidikan menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada tenaga kependidikan. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa komitmen yang dimiliki oleh pegawai yang ada baik kemauan mereka untuk memajukan Institusi, keterikatan mereka serta rasa bangga yang mereka miliki terhadap institusnya mampu mendorong perilaku kerja yang positif dari pegawai yang ada, perilaku kerja ini terkait dengan perilaku kerja sukarela yang dilakukan oleh pegawai di luar dari tugas pokok dan fungsinya yang mana dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemajuan kinerja dari Institusinya. Oleh karena itu maka sangat penting untuk memperhatikan bagaimana terciptanya komitmen dari pegawainya. Keterkaitan dan rasa bangga yang dimiliki oleh seorang individu terhadap tempatnya bekerja akan dapat menjadi faktor penting yang menentukan bagaimana individu tersebut bekerja dan memberikan sumbangsih kemampuan terbaiknya pada unit kerja ataupun organisasinya.
