HUBUNGAN KETERIKATAN KERJA TERHADAP SELF-CONTROL PADA ANGGOTA POLRI DI SATBRIMOB POLDA SULTRA

Abstract


This study aims to determine the level of work engagement and self-control among members of the Indonesian National Police, as well as the relationship between work engagement and self-control. The subjects in this stuffy were members of the National Police at the Mobile Brigade Police Of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police with a total of 80 respondents using the accidental sampling technique. This study uses a type of quantitative research, and it was found: 1) work engagement experienced by respondents was at a moderate level with a percentage 0f 87,5% totalling 70 respondents. The level of self-control of respondents is in the medium category with a percentage of 58.75%, which is 47 respondents. 2) There is a positive relationship between work engagement and self-control in respondents with a significant level of 0.05 of 0.049 indicating that they are in the low category.
