DESKRIPSI STRES AKADEMIK PADA SANTRI PONDOK PESANTREN KADER USWATUN HASANAH PAGADEN

Abstract


Academic stress is a condition of negative pressure faced by students related to the academic atmosphere. This study aims to determine the level of academic stress on students. This research was conducted at the Uswatun Hasanah Pagaden Islamic Boarding School, West Java. The sample in this study was drawn using a quota sampling technique so that the sample in this study was 10 students. Data was collected through a questionnaire technique. Data were analyzed using the percentage formula. The results showed that the students' academic stress level was in the high category. Further efforts are needed in order to help reduce academic stress levels in students.
