Langkawi: Journal of The Association for Arabic and English, invites scholars, researchers, and students to contribute the result of their studies and researches in Arabic and English with linguistic studies, both in micro and macro terms, such as applied linguistics, philology, script studies, including Arabic and English language education.

Peer Review Process

Every manuscript submitted to Langkawi: Journal of The Association for Arabic and English is independently reviewed by at least two reviewers in the form of "double-blind review". Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports or recommendation. In certain cases, the editor may submit an article for review to another, third reviewer before making a decision, if necessary.

Publication Frequency

This journal is published twice a year. On the old schedule, the publishing on April and September but the current schedule is on June and Desember

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

Publication Fee

Starting from the publication schedule of Vol. 6 No. 1, 2020, Langkawi Journal apply Article Publishing Cost (APC) of IDR 750, 000 for local author and $ 50 for foreign author. The APC will be applied to manuscripts which have been accepted by the Editorial Team for publication in the journal.
