Transformasi Inovatif Kacang Kedelai Menjadi Susu Bubuk Pencegah Stunting di Desa Bumi Raya Kecamatan Andoolo

Abstract


Bumi Raya Village is a village located in Andoolo District, South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Bumi Raya Village is a village that is rich in agricultural products, one of which is agricultural products in the form of soybeans. Soybeans are generally only processed into tofu and tempeh by the community. So the potential and innovation of soybean processing will be important. The aim of this service is to provide knowledge and education to the community to be more innovative in utilizing the potential of existing resources so that they are more valuable both in terms of physical health and economic value. The method of service carried out in this research is by carrying out outreach and training in managing potential assets in Bumi Raya village, one of which is agricultural products in the form of soybeans. This service uses the Asset Base Community Development (ABCD) approach. This approach emphasizes the ability of the community to manage the assets around them. After the mentoring and training carried out by KKN students, the material in the form of soybeans, which is only a raw material for tofu and tempeh, with the right innovation, could actually be created into a more useful product, which in this case was innovated into powdered soy milk to prevent stunting. This is an opportunity for the community to maximize the potential of assets in Bumi Raya village.
