The influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes in terms of participation in student organizations (Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar ditinjau dari Keikutsertaan dalam Organisasi Kemahasiswaan)
Abstract
Empirical research on the types of student learning motivation and the achievement of student learning outcomes at IAIN Bone is still lacking. This study aims to find out how various types of learning motivation can play a role in the learning outcomes of students who participate in student organizations or who do not participate in student organizations. The data collection method uses observation and interviews, the data obtained are then analyzed by reducing the data, data modeling and verification of conclusions. The conclusion is that the learning motivation of IAIN Bone students who participate in student organizations is categorized as very good in encouraging and improving their learning outcomes. The learning motivation of IAIN Bone students who do not participate in student organizations is categorized as good in encouraging and improving their learning outcomes. Student organizations are one of the external motivations that can encourage students to maximize their learning outcomes.

Penelitian empiris tentang jenis motivasi belajar mahasiswa dan pencapaian hasil belajar mahasiswa di IAIN Bone masih kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana berbagai jenis motivasi belajar dapat memainkan peran terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa yang ikut serta dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan maupun yang tidak ikut serta dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara, data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan mereduksi data, model data dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Kesimpulannya bahwa motivasi belajar mahasiswa IAIN Bone yang ikut dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan dikategorikan sangat baik dalam mendorong dan meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka. Adapun motivasi belajar mahasiswa IAIN Bone yang tidak ikut dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan dikategorikan baik dalam mendorong dan meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka. Organisasi kemahasiswaan merupakan salah satu motivasi eksternal yang mampu mendorong mahasiswa untuk memaksimalkan hasil belajarnya.
