Al-Izzah welcomes contributions form scholars, researchers, and students in such areas of current analysis concerning social religious issues in Muslim society, especially in social and religious perspectives.

Peer Review Process

  • Each submitted article to the journal will be processed for plagiarism issue in order to ensure its originality.
  • The article will be reviewed by editorial board for format consistency and afterwards will be sent to at least two reviewers for the substance check.
  • The peer reviewers’ recommendation will be considered for either acceptance, revision, or rejection of the article.

 

Publication Frequency

Al-Izzah is published twice a year in May and November. Article to be published in May issue should be submitted at least in March, and article to be published in November issue should be submitted at least in September.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

 

AL-IZZAH

Journal Al Izzah (p-ISSN: 1978-9726; e-ISSN: 2541-0717; http://ejournal.iainkendari.ac.id/index.php/al-izzah/index ) is peer-reviewed journal that publishes scientific articles in library as well as fieldwork research. Al-Izzah receive article from academics, researchers, and students national and international in the field of Muslim community, education, culture, gender, and any social religious issues. The articles published in the journal Al-Izzah covers scientific research result as a priority research, scientific articles review, and responses or critics to the existing the prior researches. Journal Al Izzah published twice a year by Intitute of Research and Community Development (LP2M) IAIN Kendari and always places Islam and Muslim society in the central focus of academic inquiry. Article submitted in the form of original ideas, based on research result (both library as well as fieldwork), and not yet ever published in journal anywhere. The manuscript submitted to Al-Izzah is independently reviewed by at least two reviewers in the form of "double-blind review". Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. In certain cases, the editor may submit an article for review to another, third reviewer before making a decision, if necessary.

 

Publication Fee

Al-Izzah does not charge APCs, submission charges, or another fee. All processes of article publication are free of charge.
