Focus and Scope
Qaimuddin: Journal of Constitutional Law Review is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year (March and September) by Constitutional Law Department, Sharia Faculty, State Islamic Institute of Kendari. Qaimuddin: Journal of Constitutional Law Review specifically publishes scientific papers and research results oriented to constitutional law and social institutions as well as transdisciplinary Islamic studies.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Journal History
Since its first publication in March 2021, Qaimuddin: Journal of Constitutional Law Review has remained committed to improving the quality of its management and publication design.
In Volume 5, Number 1 (March 2025), the journal updated its template to present a more modern appearance. The template update continued in Volume 6, Number 1 (March 2026), accompanied by the adoption of English as the primary language of publication, marking a strategic step toward greater visibility and global indexation.
